We are Shine Bright UK based in Kingston Upon Thames. 

We are a non-profit inclusive charity organisation.

 

Mental health and wellbeing is a priority for each of us.

It is our mission to ensure that we provide the necessary tools to the community to take better care of themselves and their family. 

Mental health issues does not discriminate and can affect anyone, any age and any background.

Our aim is to support the inclusive community  to manage their mental health and wellbeing to have a better quality of life.

We will help build, increase, maintain self confidence and self esteem of the community to enable them to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life.

With the impact and experience of the COVID-19 outbreak and the current cost of living crisis, it is more important than ever to be mindful of our stresses and be proactive in looking after ourselves.
 

Shine Bright UK  provides empowerment workshops, courses, events and other activities in different areas and venues in Kingston upon Thames

Our workshops are designed using the NHS guidelines to support self mental health and wellbeing.

By providing workshops and activities run by professionals, we hope that individuals will be able to gain tools and skills to support them but also to prevent any mental health issues.

We signpost users who access our services towards professional services where necessary. (see Information page)

Our workshops and activities are inclusive and free. Days, times and venues vary. Most are  1 hour a week for 6 weeks. They will include learning new skills around exercise, healthy eating, mindfulness, connecting with others. We will also host wellbeing social events.
